Travel Documentation
For those traveling from outside of Italy, please remember you will need travel documents, including passports or travel visas. Be sure to check with your country's proper agencies for the necessary information. In many countries, new travel documents can take several weeks or even months to issue to prospective travelers. If you already have proper travel documentation, be sure it is valid and up-to-date.

Air Travel
If you are traveling by air, Pisa International Airport Galileo Galilei (Airport code: PSA) is approximately 15km from the conference hotel. We recommend all air travelers fly into PSA.

Car rentals, Shuttles, and Public Transportation
There are many options for ground transportation (options located on right side menu) to and from Pisa International Airport Galileo Galilei, including taxis, buses, and rental cars. The airport is also near the terminal for the Italian Railway Network that run throughout Italy.
