Fees
The conference registration fee for the full conference includes access to all paper presentations and special sessions, the workshops, a copy of the conference proceedings, a welcome reception, continental breakfast and a lunch each day, refreshment breaks each day in the morning and afternoon, and the banquet.

The conference registration fee for a single day includes access to all paper presentations and special sessions that day, a copy of the conference proceedings, a welcome reception, continental breakfast, a lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshments breaks that day.
