Conference Location
SIGDOC 2004 will be held at the University
of Memphis. The 92 year old campus is
located in a suburban, residential section of Memphis. The beautifully
landscaped campus is easily accessible to shopping, recreation and
entertainment. The University also has teaching sites throughout Shelby
County and West Tennessee.
The conference itself will take place at the University's Fogelman Executive Center.
Conference Hotel
The conference hotel is the Holiday
Inn Memphis-University of Memphis.
It is located on campus at the University of Memphis and is conveniently
across the street from the Fogelman Executive Center, where the SIGDOC
2004 conference will be held.
This all-suite hotel centrally is located in the heart of the city and easily accessible to downtown, the airport, and shopping. It features a beautifully decorated atrium, Medallion Restaurant, Central Grill, Medallion Lounge, fitness center, specialty gift shop, and 14,000 square feet of meeting space. Pets allowed with a non refundable $50.00 fee. The hotel provides free parking.
The conference room rate is $95 plus 15.95% room tax per night for a two-room suite. Please reserve your room before September 9, 2004 to get our great conference rate. Please reference to Association of Computing Machinery/SIGDOC 2004 conference when making the reservation.
Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm.

Meals
Conference registration includes continental breakfast and buffet lunch each day during conference.
